Hermine Coastal Flooding

A pair of photos from Kings Creek (a tributary of the York River between Williamsburg and Yorktown, Virginia) show the extent of coastal flooding during the passage of tropical storm Hermine in early September 2016. Water levels in Yorktown peaked during the afternoon high tide on September 3 at 2.04 feet above the highest astronomical tide.
