Survey of Earned Doctorates

Ph.D. candidates are strongly encouraged to complete the Survey of Earned Doctorates. You will be asked to provide your name, institution, graduation month and year, and an email address. You will be able to advance directly into the survey after registering. When asked for the primary area of research, Batten School students should select code #595 for marine science. Upon submitting the survey, you will receive a Certificate of Completion via email. You will upload the certificate into ProQuest as an administrative document during the thesis and dissertation submission process. Please also keep a printed copy for your records.
