Training and Development
The Training and Development Program was established to help provide opportunities for employees to gain new knowledge and skills for their current job and to develop or enhance skills while preparing for future opportunities.
The Training and Development Advisory Committee was formed to serve as an advisory committee for the Training and Development Program. Kathi Goodwin was chosen to represent VIMS on this committee.
